Incoming Material Inspection
We have a strict and comprehensive electric bike manufacturing quality control system, covering every stage of production from raw material sourcing to final product inspectionOnce the parts arrive at the warehouse, the inspector begins inspecting the incoming materials. At this stage, the number of samples to be inspected should not be too small to avoid significantly impacting the production process. The inspector will reject products that do not meet relevant technical standards, ensuring that every part used in production is a qualified product.

Battery & Electrical Safety Testing

Final Inspection Before Shipment
