1. Dealer Training
We will provide dealers with product manuals, regularly organize dealer training sessions, teach product-related knowledge and vehicle troubleshooting methods, improve dealers’ management theory and practice, and help dealers enhance their relevant skills; stimulate dealers’ enthusiasm for cooperation, let dealers understand the development of the electric bicycle industry, and cooperate with dealers to promote major events, so that dealers and BODO can form a strong strategic alliance within the company, thereby ensuring continuous sales growth.
2. Warranty service
When dealers purchase bicycles in bulk from BODO, their warranty service will be automatically registered. Our bicycles are of exceptional quality and have an extremely low failure rate. Problematic bicycles will be replaced free of charge, core components will be replaced free of charge, and easily damaged parts will be provided to dealers free of charge. Please refer to the warranty policy for details. As our partnership with dealers stabilizes, we will take steps to track service, regularly visit dealers to obtain timely feedback, and provide dealers with even better service.
3. Assembly Guide
For dealers purchasing complete bicycles, your bike will arrive pre-assembled with most parts already in place. We will provide tools and assembly videos, and our bicycles can be assembled in just 20 minutes.
For dealers purchasing parts for assembly, we can provide detailed bicycle assembly videos, including step-by-step instructions that are easy to understand and can be completed without the need for a mechanic to disassemble and assemble the bicycle.
4.Technical Support
Our professional engineering team offers comprehensive technical support, including detailed troubleshooting guidance, maintenance training, and after-sales solutions. We ensure stable operation and long-term reliability for your electric bikes throughout their service life.
5.Spare Parts Supply & Replacement Support
We offer a long-term spare parts supply, including motors, batteries, controllers, displays, and key components. When you need parts, we can deliver quickly and provide technical guidance. We also include a certain percentage of easily damaged parts with each shipment, allowing you to handle routine vehicle issues promptly.
