BODO’s official electric bike manufacturer warranty terms are designed to protect both our global partners and their end customers, with clear, transparent coverage for material defects and workmanship issues under normal use conditions. We stand behind the quality of our manufacturing, with fair and efficient claim processing for all valid warranty requests.
We offer a standard limited warranty on all e-bikes, e-motorcycles, e-tricycles, and their parts purchased directly from the BODO website. The warranty covers manufacturer defects and workmanship issues. Within the warranty period, defects in parts caused by BODO will be repaired or replaced free of charge from the date of product delivery. Customers must provide original proof of purchase to demonstrate the purchase and determine the warranty start date.

Note: The warranty period starts from the date of delivery. Our electric bike manufacturer warranty terms define clear coverage periods and scope for each product category and core component, including the frame, motor, battery, and electronic control system. Damage caused by improper use, accidents or unauthorized modification is not covered.BODO will not replace any parts until we receive photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers are required to provide evidence to us via email.
